    PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE
      - 2 oz Peppermint Liqueur
      - 6 to 8 oz Hot Chocolate (to taste)

    Add peppermint liqueur to a mug and fill with hot chocolate. Stir well. Top with whipped cream (optional).

    HOT TODDY
      - 2 oz Whiskey or Bourbon
      - 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
      - 2 teaspoons sugar
      - 4 oz Hot Water

    Fill mug with hot water; add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add lemon juice and whiskey and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice.

    CLASSIC IRISH COFFEE
      - 1 oz Irish Whiskey
      - 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
      - 2 oz Heavy Cream
      - 4 oz Hot Coffee

    Whisk heavy cream and 1/4 oz of simple syrup in a cold bowl for 30 sec (soft peaks). Add coffee, Irish Whiskey and remaining simple syrup to a warmed mug - stir to combine and top with the whipped heavy cream.

    CAPTAIN SANTA CRANBERRY HOT TODDY
      - 1.5 oz Captain Santa Whiskey
      - 3 oz Cranberry Juice
      - 1/2 oz Lemon Juice 
      - 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
      - Hot Water

    Combine Captain Santa, cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup and add hot water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice.

    AVIATION
    - 2 oz Gin
    - 1/2 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
    - 1/4 oz Creme de Violette
    - 3/4 oz lemon juice

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, maraschino cherry liqueur, creme de violette and lemon juice. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Beautiful light violet color.

    FRENCH GIMLET
      - 2 oz Vodka
      - 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
      - 1/2 oz lemon juice 

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, Elderflower Liqueur and lemon juice. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel. 

    FITZGERALD
      - 2 oz Gin
      - 2 dashes Angostura bitters
      - 3/4 oz simple syrup
      - 3/4 oz lemon juice (best freshly squeezed)

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, bitters, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.  ** Try 1.5 oz of lemon infused simple syrup instead of simple syrup + lemon juice

    FITZGERALD 75
      - 2 oz Gin
      - 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
      - 1 oz lemon juice (best freshly squeezed)

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Shake until chilled. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    CRANBERRY COCKTAIL
      - 2 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur
      - 1 oz Gin
     - 2 dashes orange bitters

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add cranberry gin liqueur, gin and bitters. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    APPLE ORCHARD
      - 2 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur
      - 4 oz Apple Cider
      - 2 dashes Angostura bitters

    Add ice to cocktail glass, and combine Cranberry Gin Liqueur, apple cider and bitters. Gently stir and garnish with an apple slice.

    DAISY’S CIDER
      - 1 oz O'Leary's Cow Cinnamon Vodka"
      - 2 oz Apple Cider
      - 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add cinnamon vodka, apple cider and simple syrup. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

    DAIQUIRI
      - 2 oz White Rum
      - 1 oz, plus 1 tablespoon lime juice
      - 1/2 oz simple syrup

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

    CUBA LIBRE
      - 1 oz White Rum
      - 3 oz Coca Cola (preferably Mexican Coke made with real sugar)

    Fill highball glass with ice, and add rum and Coca Cola. Garnish with a lime slice.

    MOJITO
      - 2 oz White Rum
      - 3/4 oz lime juice
      - 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
      - 3 Mint Leaves
      - Club Soda (soda water) to top

    Lightly muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, rum and lime juice. Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime slice or mint sprig.
