Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice. KENTUCKY MULE - 2 oz Bourbon - 1/2 oz lime juice - 3 oz ginger beer Combine bourbon and lime juice in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig. LONDON MULE - 2 oz Gin - 1/2 oz lime juice - 3 oz ginger beer Combine gin and lime juice in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice. CRANBERRY MULE - 2 oz Vodka - 2 oz cranberry juice cocktail - 1/2 oz lime juice - 3 oz ginger beer Combine vodka, cranberry juice cocktail and lime juice in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice.
