- 1/2 oz Crème de Cassis
- 4 oz Dry Champagne
Pour Crème de Cassis into a Champagne Flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
ELDERFLOWER COCKTAIL
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 4 oz Prosecco
Pour Elderflower Liqueur into a Champagne Flute, add lemon juice and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
SINGING IN THE RAIN
- 1 1/2 oz Clockwork Orange Liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 sugar cube (1 teaspoon)
- 2-3 oz Dry Champagne
Add sugar cube, Clockwork Orange Liqueur and bitters to a Champagne Flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with orange peel.
