CLASSIC MARTINI - 2 1/2 oz Gin - 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth - 1 dash Orange Bitters Filling mixing glass with ice and add gin, vermouth and bitters. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. VODKA MARTINI - 2 1/2 oz Vodka - 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth - 1 dash Orange Bitters Fill mixing glass with ice and add vodka, vermouth and bitters. Stir until well chilled and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. FRENCH MARTINI - 2 1/2 oz Vodka - 1/4 oz Creme de Cassis - 1 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, creme de cassis and pineapple juice. Shake until very cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. CHOCOLATE MARTINI - 2 oz Vodka - 1 1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka and chocolate liqueur. Shake until cold and strain into your favorite cocktail glass. CHOCOLATE ORANGE MARTINI - 1 oz Vodka - 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur - 1 oz Orange Liqueur Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, chocolate liqueur and orange liqueur. Shake until cold and strain into your favorite cocktail glass. Garnish with orange slice. ** add a dash of chocolate bitters for extra chocolate flavor.
