    SIMPLE MINT JULEP
      - 2 oz Bourbon
      - 1/2 oz Mint Julep Simple Syrup (Woodford Reserve)

    Combine bourbon and mint julep simple syrup in a mint julep cup or highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.

    CLASSIC MINT JULEP
      - 2 oz Bourbon
      - 1/2 tablespoon simple syrup
      - 8 mint leaves

    MANHATTAN
      - 2 oz Bourbon or Rye
      - 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
      - 2 dashes Angostura bitters
      - 1 dash orange bitters

    Combine bourbon (or rye), sweet vermouth and the bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain and serve. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

    PERFECT MANHATTAN
      - 2 oz Rye
      - 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
      - 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
      - 2 dashes Angostura bitters

    Combine rye, vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain and serve. Garnish with a brandied cherry or lemon twist.

    AZTEC MANHATTAN
      - 2 oz Rye
      - 2 dashes chocolate bitters
      - 2 dashes orange bitters
      - 1 teaspoon sugar
      - 1 teaspoon water

    Combine the sugar, water and bitters in a cocktail glass - muddle the mixture until the sugar is mostly dissolved (1 min or less). Add rye and ice. Stir gently and garnish with orange peel

    OLD FASHIONED 
      - 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
      - 2 dashes Angostura bitters
      - 1 teaspoon water
      - 2 oz bourbon 

    Add sugar and bitters to a glass, then add water and stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Fill glass with ice, add bourbon. Gently stir to combine. Express the orange peel oil over the glass and drop in.

    ELDER FASHIONED
      - 2 oz Gin
      - 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
      - 2 dashes Orange bitters

    Add Gin, Elderflower Liqueur and Orange Bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled, and strain into a cocktail glass - garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.

    CHOCOLATE ORANGE MARTINI
      - 1 oz Vodka
      - 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
      - 1 oz Orange Liqueur

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, chocolate liqueur and orange liqueur.  Shake until cold and strain into your favorite cocktail glass.  Garnish with orange slice. **add a dash of chocolate bitters for extra chocolate flavor.

      - 1/2 oz Vodka
