SIMPLE MINT JULEP - 2 oz Bourbon - 1/2 oz Mint Julep Simple Syrup (Woodford Reserve) Combine bourbon and mint julep simple syrup in a mint julep cup or highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig. CLASSIC MINT JULEP - 2 oz Bourbon - 1/2 tablespoon simple syrup - 8 mint leaves Lightly muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a mint julep cup or highball glass. Add bourbon and fill glass with ice.
