O’Leary’s Cow Cinnamon Vodka is inspired by the urban legend that the Great Chicago Fire of 1871 was started at night by Catherine O’Leary’s cow, Daisy, who kicked over a lit lantern. The family’s barn caught fire, and dry weather conditions paired with high winds led the fire to spread rapidly throughout the city, spreading over 73 miles. Today, the Chicago Fire Department training academy is located where the O’Leary’s property once stood.

Whiskey Acres Straight Rye Whiskey is "high" rye (75% rye) and is aged at least 3 years. It is for those of you who prefer your whiskey with a bit of a spice.

Whiskey Acres grows and distills a very specific varietal of rye that gives it a very soft white pepper finish. When complemented with the vanilla and butterscotch notes that come from the corn, it’s no wonder it was named the 2019 “Best Whiskey of the State” in IL at the Heartland Spirits Competition.
