EVERLEIGH COCKTAIL
  - 2 oz Everleigh Vodka
  - 1 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup 
  - 4 oz Prosecco

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka and simple syrup.  Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with lemon peel.
