This single malt whiskey hones in on flavors of deep fruit, chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes.

This whiskey is made from 100% Minnesota-sourced pale ale and chocolate malt, first barreled in Minnesota-made American white oak barrels and finished on a selection of red wine barrels to give softness, depth, and a delicate nature to this spirit.

Pfefferminz³ is a Northern German peppermint liqueur.

Cubed stands for our 3-step process including maceration, distillation, and compounding techniques to produce this uniquely refreshing liqueur with 12 different botanicals with an herbal backbone.

Perfect by itself or in a Chocolate Peppermint Martini or Peppermint Hot Chocolate.

Sweet (red) vermouth from Italy.

Perfect in a Manhattan or Perfect Manhattan.

Dry vermouth from Italy.

Perfect in a Classic Martini, Vodka Martini or Perfect Manhattan.

Aged 8 year reserve rum from Panama.  Mellow wood and slight sweetness of caramel and vanilla notes.  Perfect for sipping and mixing in cocktails.

Aged 21 year reserve rum from Panama.   Smooth, rich, complex caramel and deep oak flavors. Beautiful - enjoy neat or over ice.

Every year the Gray Whale makes a 12,000-mile migration from the warm lagoons of the Baja Peninsula to the cool waters of the Arctic. Gray Whale’s small batch gin is a celebration of this incredible journey.  Baja citrus, Big Sur juniper, coastal fir trees, fresh mint, umami kombu sea kelp and an almond finish.

It’s a beautiful, smooth gin.

Grey Coast is styled with more oak, sweet notes and vanilla from blending some of the whiskey’s aged in virgin alligator charred oak barrels creating more complex notes and award-winning drinking experience than a normal Irish Whiskey. Flavor’s of sweet syrup, honey, creaminess, with notes of vanilla, finishing with American oak.

Perfect by itself or in an Irish Whiskey.

American Prairie Bourbon is a complex blend of straight bourbons producing an aromatic whiskey that helps preserve the West. American Prairie™ Bourbon is named after the American Prairie Reserve, a group working to create the largest wildlife reserve in the lower 48 states. A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged from 2 to 13 years.

High West Distillery was founded in 2006 in Park City because of founder's love of the Old West and Utah’s little-known whiskey history. High West began with humble roots, opening a small, 250-gallon still and Saloon in an historic livery stable and garage. What was once a small operation in downtown Park City has grown to be an internationally-recognized, award winning brand.
