Whiskey Acres Straight Rye Whiskey is "high" rye (75% rye) and is aged at least 3 years. It is for those of you who prefer your whiskey with a bit of a spice.

Whiskey Acres grows and distills a very specific varietal of rye that gives it a very soft white pepper finish. When complemented with the vanilla and butterscotch notes that come from the corn, it’s no wonder it was named the 2019 “Best Whiskey of the State” in IL at the Heartland Spirits Competition.

Whiskey Acres Distilling Company is an estate distillery located on a family farm in DeKalb. The craft distillery is known for award winning spirits.

AVIATION
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Creme de Violette
- 3/4 oz lemon juice

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, maraschino cherry liqueur, creme de violette and lemon juice. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Beautiful light violet color.

FRENCH GIMLET
  - 2 oz Vodka
  - 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  - 1/2 oz lemon juice 

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, Elderflower Liqueur and lemon juice. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel. 

FITZGERALD
  - 2 oz Gin
  - 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  - 3/4 oz simple syrup
  - 3/4 oz lemon juice (best freshly squeezed)

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, bitters, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.  ** Try 1.5 oz of lemon infused simple syrup instead of simple syrup + lemon juice

FITZGERALD 75
  - 2 oz Gin
  - 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  - 1 oz lemon juice (best freshly squeezed)

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Shake until chilled. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

CRANBERRY COCKTAIL
  - 2 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur
  - 1 oz Gin
 - 2 dashes orange bitters

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add cranberry gin liqueur, gin and bitters. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

APPLE ORCHARD
  - 2 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur
  - 4 oz Apple Cider
  - 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Add ice to cocktail glass, and combine Cranberry Gin Liqueur, apple cider and bitters. Gently stir and garnish with an apple slice.

DAISY’S CIDER
  - 1 oz O'Leary's Cow Cinnamon Vodka"
  - 2 oz Apple Cider
  - 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add cinnamon vodka, apple cider and simple syrup. Shake. Pour and strain into your cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

This single malt whiskey hones in on flavors of deep fruit, chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes.

This whiskey is made from 100% Minnesota-sourced pale ale and chocolate malt, first barreled in Minnesota-made American white oak barrels and finished on a selection of red wine barrels to give softness, depth, and a delicate nature to this spirit.

This “ready to drink” signature craft cocktail is made with the finest vodka and locally roasted coffee. Each 1 liter bottle pours 11 cocktails. Add 3oz of CH Espresso Martini to a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake vigorously, strain and sip.

CH Distillery is a Chicago-based artisan distiller founded in 2013.

In true Pot Still style, an initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy avour are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.

Spicy sweetness gives way to Pot Still barley character balanced with a hint of sherry and leading to a crisp cereal finish with toasted oak notes.
