    PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE
      - 2 oz Peppermint Liqueur
      - 6 to 8 oz Hot Chocolate (to taste)

    Add peppermint liqueur to a mug and fill with hot chocolate. Stir well. Top with whipped cream (optional).

    HOT TODDY
      - 2 oz Whiskey or Bourbon
      - 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
      - 2 teaspoons sugar
      - 4 oz Hot Water

    Fill mug with hot water; add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add lemon juice and whiskey and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice.

    CLASSIC IRISH COFFEE
      - 1 oz Irish Whiskey
      - 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
      - 2 oz Heavy Cream
      - 4 oz Hot Coffee

    Whisk heavy cream and 1/4 oz of simple syrup in a cold bowl for 30 sec (soft peaks). Add coffee, Irish Whiskey and remaining simple syrup to a warmed mug - stir to combine and top with the whipped heavy cream.

    CAPTAIN SANTA CRANBERRY HOT TODDY
      - 1.5 oz Captain Santa Whiskey
      - 3 oz Cranberry Juice
      - 1/2 oz Lemon Juice 
      - 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
      - Hot Water

    Combine Captain Santa, cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup and add hot water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice.
