La Gritona is a woman owned distillery run by women.

La Gritona Reposado Tequila is a subtle rested tequila distilled by Melly Barajas and her staff of women at her small distillery in Valle De Guadalupe, Jalisco.

Melly distills La Gritona with agave that has a maturation age of between 9-10 years, and all of her piñas must originate in the iron-rich red soil of the local Jalisco highlands. These agave plants are cultivated at the height of their sugar production.

Libélula is produced by Jalisco's newest craft distillery, Destilladora Bonanza.

Different than your typical blanco, reposado, or añejo, Libélula is a “joven” which means it is a blend. The blanco contains the pure flavors of the agave, with citrus and grassy aromas, but the oak aged reposado adds spice and richness. Rather than using just a short aged reposado that has some spice, but very light, and keeps most of the agave purity, bust loses some, Libélula takes perfect final products of blanco and reposado and balances them to make an incredible tequila.
