Joseph Cartron Cacao Brun Liqueur is a rich, chocolate liqueur made using cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast. The beans are slightly roasted and crushed before putting them through the pot-still to unlock all the aromatic elements. Cartron has been a family business since 1882, with strong roots in the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges at the heart of Burgundy’s cru vineyards. Perfect to drink by itself, or in a Chocolate Martini, Chocolate Orange Martini and Chocolate Peppermint Martini.
