GIN & TONIC

- 2 oz Gin
- 4 oz Tonic Water
Fill highball glass with ice, add gin and top with tonic water. Gently stir. Garnish with a lime slice.
CLASSIC HIGHBALL
- 2 oz Whiskey (Rye, Bourbon or favorite Whiskey)
- 4 oz Club Soda (soda water)
Fill highball glass with ice, add whiskey and top with club soda. Gently stir.
CLASSIC TOM COLLINS
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2-3 oz Club Soda (soda water)
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, lemon juice and sugar. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon slice or maraschino cherry.
CRANBERRY GIN SPRITZ
- 2 oz KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur
- 3.5 oz Soda Water
- Splash of dry sparkling wine
Add ice to cocktail glass, and combine Cranberry Gin Liqueur, soda water and a splash of dry sparkling wine. Gently stir. Garnish with a lime slice. -
